Thomas J. Farmer |
Thomas Farmer joined the firm in 1996 bringing a drive for justice founded upon his insurance-defense practice during most of his first ten years as a lawyer. Farmer graduated from Baylor University in 1984 and received his law degree from the Baylor University School of Law in 1986.
Keys to winning a case
Farmer believes it comes down to four things in a courtroom: preparation, experience, tenacity, and being able to bring the right resources to every case.
Mr. Farmer is board certified in Personal Injury Trial law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization, Admitted to practice by the Texas Supreme Court in 1986 and the United States District Courts for the Northern and Eastern Districts of Texas, U.S. Court of Appeals, Fifth District and Eighth District, and the District of New Mexico. He is a fellow of the Texas Bar Foundation, a member of the American Trial Lawyers Association, Texas Trial Lawyers Association, Dallas Bar Association and the Dallas Trial Lawyer's Association.
Innovative technology
According to Farmer, the firm endeavors to obtain maximum case values at trial or through settlement, while reducing the stress of litigation on their clients. Known for their attention to detail, they use technology in new and innovative ways in the courtroom from demonstrative evidence and experts to state-of-the-art videography.
