When
a manufacturer knows or should have known that their product
is unreasonably dangerous, a consumer who was injured by such
a product may have a products liability case. We have worked
with many clients to seek not only monetary recoveries for their
injuries, but also to keep others from being injured by the
same product.
Corporations need to be held accountable
for their actions. Products liability lawsuits help to do that
by enforcing current laws and standards and periodically motivating
change to better protect consumers. The products liability
lawsuit can also act as a deterrent to manufacturers
who are careless, thoughtless, and negligent in producing
unreasonably dangerous products.
