As consumers, we tend to have a basic trust in the automobiles and trucks that we buy or ride in. If we did not, we would not use them. Yet, everyday stories are in the news about cars that explode due to rear end collisions; and cars and vans that rollover due to improper design; or tires, seat belts or air bags that not only fail to protect, but cause fatalities and injuries.

All of these defects have led to successful lawsuits against major automobile manufacturers. An important part of these wins is to make the manufacturer accountable and automobiles safer.

Auto Manufacture and Design Cases :

FIRESTONE TIRES
We represented several victims who were injured as the result of the lethal combination of Bridgestone Firestone tires and Ford Explorers. Some of the victims were catastrophically injured, some died, a few were more fortunate, but all sustained needless losses that should not be forgiven or forgotten by the public.
