"My life's purpose has been to use all my ability and experience as a trial lawyer in seeking some fair measure of financial security for my clients. These individuals and families place their trust in me to fight for and protect their legal rights against those who have caused them harm."

Since 1970, Jack Cowley has devoted his legal practice to representing plaintiffs in major personal injury, business, and professional negligence litigation. After many years with other firms, he chose to join The Law Offices of Frank L. Branson in 2007.

His continued dedication to his clients and skill in the courtroom has resulted in substantial monetary recoveries on behalf of his clients.

“My life's purpose has been to use all my ability and experience as a trial lawyer in seeking some fair measure of financial security for my clients,” says Cowley. “These individuals and families place their trust in me to fight for and protect their legal rights against those who have caused them harm.”

According to Cowley, a trial lawyer must first be committed to the American judicial process of trial by jury to achieve the fairest of all possible results. “I passionately believe that a lawyer must use all of his resources -- physical and emotional energy, intellectual curiosity and creativity, his life's experiences and his financial power – to thoroughly prepare and thoughtfully present a client’s case in a clear and compelling fashion to the Court and jury.”
